I have been posting to this blog for over 13 years, each year reporting on accomplishments over the prior year and goals for the new year.

2024 is no different. My main photography goal for the year is listed in the January submission of the 2024 C.London 52 Week Photography Challenge. Escape

Escape Via Flickr:
Some genius thought a nuclear power plant along Lake Michigan's shore was a good idea.

The Zion nuclear power plant was opened in 1973 and closed in 1998. It's operating license expires in November 2013 at which time a 13 year dismantling process will begin. Perhaps by 2026, the lakefront will be restored.
