At Eric Kim's street photography workshop in Toronto from 6/14/13 - 6/16/13, we spent about 6 1/2 hours shooting in addition to the "classroom" portion. From our photos, the challenge for each of us was to edit down to the best one. This was hard. Through the guidance of Eric's colleague, Josh White, I settled on this shot.
In addition to being the subject of this photo, Yoza and I spent some time talking about his musical interests and career. The $20 in his hand was my $20. And, the CD I bought is pretty good!
This is my workshop photo #1.

I think you made the right choice, this one is clearly the best of the set.
ReplyDeleteI like how the story is told through the accessories. Interesting about the depth buildup through the various layers. Good job!
