I took a great photography class today at an Apple Store called Disrupting the Portrait. Didn't get a ton of good shots, but the subject matter was very interesting and makes me think about portraiture composition going forward.

Took a portrait class today at the Apple Store. Jon & Janel were excellent. The class was inspirational and got me thinking a lot more about composition, since I've been pretty rusty of late. I posted a few other shots on Instagram (@jeffm211).

Little Holland Wolf
Heard this guy playing on Michigan Avenue a mile from the Chicago Bluesfest. He was good. Wondered why he wasn't playing at the festival. When asked, he said his leg is all messed up but in his day he played with Buddy Guy and Johnny Lee Hooker. Couldn't find any info on him, so probably fed me a line of BS. Nonetheless, he was a solid musician and it was worth the $2 I put into his bucket.
